Under the auspices of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy, and in partnership with Ofec and Morocco Export, the Apebi, Federation of Technologies, Information, Technology Telecommunications and Offshoring organized from 21 to 24 September 2016
the 1st International Exhibition of Information Technologies:
Aitex – Africa It Expo, at the Casablanca International Fair, under the theme: “Digital Transformation: Leverage Development in Africa”.
Anxious to participate in the development of a network of local actors and the strengthening of the Place Maroc Numérique, Apebi has placed two countries in the spotlight, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire, in order to respond to the new dynamic of His Majesty King Mohammed VI may God assist him, by launching the economic drive groupings with these two countries.
Africa It Expo, has put a strong emphasis on the sharing of know-how in new technologies, bringing together the IT actors of the continent. The concept of the show focused on South-South relations and French-speaking countries, particularly in terms of offshoring activity.
Like other sectors, ICTs have a certain opportunity to develop more efficiently and more quickly thanks to the B to B meetings scheduled on this occasion in partnership with Maroc Export. Moroccan public or private companies were able to take advantage of these business meetings held on the sidelines of the show to forge partnerships with the many operators, organizations and institutions participating in the show.
